Cookies & Cream comes in many forms, and fudge may be my new favorite! Fudge is no longer a Christmas dessert, but now can be a everyday indulgence guilt free. (My mom made Fudge every Christmas Eve to set out for Santa on a plate by the fireplace, I can still picture her stirring that wooden spoon standing over the stove top~same spoon that doubled for spankings, ...I digress~...and every Christmas morning that plate was licked clean...btw, I'm on to you lady) My recipe doesn't call for melting Jet Puff the old fashion way, but does require lotsa health filled ingredients with a promise to consume on the "reg". Each of these 6 rich chocolatey servings are only 232 calories, 5.2g net carbs and 17g protein. Don't wait til Christmas, make yours today...and show your mom what a good kid you turned out to be by sharing with others...#spankingspay! ;)
