Supreme Cauliflower Crust Pizza








     Wanna make Pizza your friend,.... me too!  This is such a simple recipe to whip together and you will think you're being naughty...but you're really being nice... which works out well come Christmas time if ya know what I mean...!  Each of the 8 slices are only 143.5 calories, 6g net carbs and 14g protein.  Keep this up all year and Santa will be wanting pizza too!  ;)

Ingredients for 8 slices Crust~
1 pound raw Cauliflower, approx 3 cups riced in food processor
1 jumbo Egg
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
1 scoop Quest Multi Purpose Baking Protein Powder
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
Dash Garlic Powder
Dash Onion Powder

     Rice raw Cauliflower in food processor, making sure to stop processing before Cauliflower gets too wet or mushy.  Stir all ingredients together to form dough like texture.  Pat onto Pam sprayed pizza stone and bake at 375 for 30 or til golden brown.  Remove and set aside.

Ingredients for Toppings~
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
Sliced Red Bell Pepper
Sliced Green Bell Pepper
4oz sliced Mushrooms
2.25oz can of drained sliced Black Olives
Thick slice Purple Onion
25 sliced Turkey Pepperoni
1/2 cup Jimmy Dean cooked Turkey Sausage crumbles
2 Tablespoons shredded Parmesan

     Layer toppings on Cauliflower Crust in order listed, reserving Parmesan for post cooking.  Bake at 425 for 12 minutes, remove and sprinkle with Parmesan.  Enjoy  ;)
