Peanut Butter Frosted Brownie Cupcakes







     If going grain free makes you want to jump up and click your heels, then get ready to warm up cause some awesome dance moves are about to unlease as you find yourself spinning like Gene Kelly.  These Peanut Butter Frosted Brownie Cupcakes are moist and decadent without a trace of any type of flour.  And believe it or not, you will not be missing a thing...do they look like I forgot anything!?  Better yet, each of these 6 dense beauties are only 164 calories, 5.6g net carbs and 14.3g protein.  If Gluten Free is yo thang, you might want to give this one a whirl!  :)

Ingredients for 6 Frosted Cupcakes~
2 Tablespoons Nutiva Buttery Coconut Oil, melted
3oz baked, peeled, mashed Sweet Potato
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
6oz 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
1 jumbo Egg
1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners or Granular Erythritol
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Betterbody Foods Vanilla
Dash Cinnamon

1 scoop Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder
6 Tablespoons Betterbody Foods Peanut Butter Powder PB Fit
1/2 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
Dash Betterbody Foods Vanilla
Dash Cinnamon

     Mix first set of ingredients til thoroughly combined, pour into 6 Silpat lined cupcake tins~bake at 350 for 22 minutes.  Meanwhile mix second set of ingredients til thoroughly combined and chill til cupcakes are cooled, frost and Enjoy!  :)
