Caramelized Banana French Toast

     Anytime you hear the word Caramelized, you never think nice, you only think naughty ... whelp, not this time people!  Caramelized Banana French Toast is so good for you that you may have to just try it for yourself to truly believe me.  The entire recipe is only 247 calories, 22g net carbs and 23g protein.  And when you hear French Toast you never think dessert or healthy snack, you only think breakfast...whelp, not this time people!  ;)  #frenchtoastfordays

Ingredients for one serving~
1 extra small Banana (approx 3.25oz), smashed
2 Tablespoons Egg Whites
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Betterbody Foods Vanilla
2 slices low carb Honey Bread (thinslimfoods.com)
2 Tablespoons Betterbody Foods Chocolate Peanut Butter powder PB Fit
1 Tablespoon Water
10 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
Whipped Topping as garnish if desired (not included in macros)

     Stir together smashed Banana, Egg Whites, Cinnamon and Vanilla~soak Bread in batter to coat.  Spray skillet with Coconut Oil Spray and cook on each side til caramelized.  Meanwhile, stir together Peanut Butter Powder and Water til desired consistency, stack caramelized Bread and drizzle with Chocolate Peanut Butter sauce and Chocolate Chips.  Top with Whipped Cream if desired.  Enjoy  :)
