Frosted Fruit Cups







     People expect dessert at gatherings, so why not give it to them.  But, who says it has to be bad fat's and filled with sugar, ...no one that's who.  I think fruit is so beautiful on a table, and add my Fudge Frosting for a healthy twist on dip, and you have a winner on your hands, ...and no one will be the wiser.  Check out these fancy macros, each of the 6 cups are only 66 calories, 6.5g net carbs, 4g protein and 2.3g fat.  This sweet satisfying treasure will be a crowd favorite, and sure to please!  :)

Ingredients for 6 Frosted Fruit Cups~
2 small ripe Avocados (should yield 7oz pulp)
4 scoops Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
1 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1/2 cup Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa (sub with regular Cocoa)
1 Tablespoon 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1.5 pounds fresh Strawberries

     Stir all ingredients til well combined and smooth, except for Strawberries, will yield 1 3/4 cup Frosting.  Add 2 Tablespoons of Frosting to each of the 6 cups, store leftover in fridge.  Divide Strawberries evenly among 6 cups.  Enjoy  :)
