Simple Fried Rice






     If you love Chinese Food, but you fear the calories, I have a delicious substitute.  Simple Fried Rice will win your heart at 111 calories, 8g net carbs, 6g protein and 3.8g fat.  Each of these 6 servings are filled with health.  This makes the perfect side dish, or any where that rice would be used.  Can't wait for you to try my Simple Fried Rice to see if you feel the same way!  :)

Ingredients for 6 servings~
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/2 chopped Onion, diced
5 Green Onions, diced~separate White and Green portions
1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh Ginger
12oz frozen Cauliflower Rice, thawed
2 Tablespoons Lite Soy Sauce
15oz can Peas and Carrots, drained
1 jumbo Eggs
1/3 cup Egg Whites

     Heat Oil in skillet, add Onions, White portion of Green Onions, Garlic and Ginger til golden brown.  Add Cauliflower Rice til thoroughly cooked, then stir in Soy Sauce, Peas and Carrots, and Eggs til cooked thru.  Garnish with diced green portion of Green Onions.  Enjoy  :)
