Pumpkin Bread







     This is the easiest Pumpkin Bread recipe you will ever see.  Not to mention the fun Fall bread pan, you can find them at most hobby stores.  Each of the 8 servings are 299 calories, 19.5g carbs, 3.8g fiber, 12g sugar alcohol, 3.7g net carbs, 9.8g protein, and 24.9g fat.  Consider this a great breakfast idea, healthy snack, or pre/post workout fuel.

Ingredients for 8 servings~
1/3 cup Butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
4 Extra Large Eggs, room temperature
1 cup Pumpkin
2 cups Almond Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Pumpkin Pie Spice (sub with Cinnamon)
Dash Vanilla
