Chocolate Cereal Truffles

     Four simple ingredients for many minutes of yum!  No sugar added treats, these are more than just good, they are good for you!!!  Each of the 17 Truffles are only 44 calories, 3.3g carbs, .9g fiber, 1g sugar alcohol, 1.4g net carbs, 2.2g protein and 2.8g fat.  So, the next time you have a quick lapse in your schedule, whip these together, and enjoy the results.  :)

Ingredients for 17 servings~
1/4 cup/2oz mashed Banana
1/4 cup Peanut Butter, I prefer crunchy
1.5 cups Chocolate Magic Spoon Cereal ( free to sub with any other no added sugar cereal
85 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

     Mix together Banana and Peanut Butter, microwave for 30 seconds til melted, pour in cereal and stir til well coated, drop by Tablespoon on to wax paper, top each Truffle with 5 Chocolate Chips, let sit til dry or chill til set.  Enjoy  :)
