Almond Crusted Chicken with Orange Marmalade Glaze

     Almond crusted Chicken with Orange Marmalade Glaze, you gotta love the sound of that !!! Each 4oz serving is 260 calories, 3g carbs and 28g protein, this does not include the Marmalade Sauce.  ;)

1 pound Chicken Tenders, boneless and skinless
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1/2 cup Almonds, then grind into powder in Magic Bullet
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
Dash Cayenne
Dash Garlic
Orange Marmalade

     Season Egg Whites with Salt, Pepper, Cayenne and Garlic~then dip tenders in Egg White mixture and then roll in Almond Flour ( make sure to grind the Almonds to powder ) and lay in foil lined cookie sheet and spray with Pam.  Bake 10 minutes at 425, then remove and flip over and spray the other side with Pam and continue to cook another 10 minutes.  While baking, mix desired amount of Orange Marmalade with desired amount of Sriracha to taste.  Serve Chicken with dipping sauce and enjoy!  You will LOVE LOVE LOVE the dipping sauce, outta this world delish !!!
