Strawberry Whipped Crepe Pancakes







     You just gotta try out my Crepe recipe, then you gotta add some Whipped Yogurt and Strawberries, and then you gotta sit back and enjoy all the smiles in your belly!  ;)  After making up a batch of Crepes, I thought they were so good that I decided to turn a few into pancakes!  When idea's turn out to be this yummy I'm a happy girl.  If you wanna get happy too then check out these stats, the entire stack is only 317 calories, 21.6g net carbs and 36.3g protein (does not included Whipped Topping garnish).  Whatcha waitin' for!?  ;)

Ingredients~
3 Crepes (recipe below)
4oz Yoplait Greek100 calorie Strawberry Whips
3 Strawberries, chopped
Whipped Topping for garnish, if deisred

     Drop a 1/4 cup Crepe batter on Pam sprayed skillet and cook til golden brown on each side, repeat 2 more times.  Spread Yogurt on each of the 3 Crepe's, stack and top with chopped Strawberries and garnish with Whipped Topping.  Enjoy  :)

Ingredients for 7 Crepes~
1 XL Egg
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Roll Sweet Spreads Coconutter, melted
3/4 cup Cashew Milk ( 25 cal/cup)
2 1/2 scoops Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1 Tablespoon Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1 teaspoon Salt
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Mix all together and chill for several hours or overnight, then drop by 1/4 cup onto Pam sprayed skillet til golden brown on each side.
