Lily Dipped Strawberries
The hardest part about my Lily Dipped Strawberries are picking out the "most perfect" Berries available at the market. Everything else is easy peasy. Each of these chocolate covered delights are only 16 calories, 2.7g carbs, .8g fiber, .8g sugar alcohol, 1.1g net carbs, .2g protein and 1.1g fat~macros are based on 30 Strawberries per pound. If you are looking for a simple yet extravagantly elegant display, this is the one for you. ;)
Ingredients for 1 pound/30 dipped Berries~
1/4 cup Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
1 pound Strawberries (approximately 30 Berries per pound)
Add Chips and Oil to bowl, microwave 15 seconds, stir til smooth, repeat if necessary, but only heating in 10 seconds increments. Stir in Monk Fruit til fully incorporated, then start dipping the Berries one at a time, shaking off any excess Chocolate. Set on parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheet, put in fridge til Chocolate has hardened. Enjoy :)
