Fruit Gummies

 





     Are you looking for some fun in the kitchen!?  And, if you like the idea of yum, combined with protein, sugar free, and minimal fat, then keep on reading!  This is even something you can get your kids involved in, and enjoy a together project!  Macros are based on a 6oz container of Raspberries, but feel free to use any berries you desire.  For the total calories, it is 135 calories, 17g carbs, 8g fiber, 9g net carbs, 19.5g protein, and .8g fat.  Pick your fave Berry and head on to the kitchen💜

Ingredients for one batch~

6oz Raspberries (sub with favorite cup of Berries)

3/4 cup warm Water

2 Tablespoons Premium Gelatin (I used Further Foods)

     Add Berries and warm Water to blender or Magic Bullet, then stir in Gelatin til fully incorporated and dissolved.  Scoop into silpat molds, let set in refrigerator for 4 hours, then use as desired.  Enjoy 😉
