Sriracha Hummus Mahi Mahi Taco's










     Lets put a new twist on Fish Taco's!!!  This isn't your typical Coleslaw Huggin Fish Filling!!!
Once you have some Grilled Mahi Mahi on hand, you can come up with all kinds of fun !!!  ... especially if it involves a kick of Sriracha !!!  ;)

Ingredients~
1 Low Carb White La Tortilla Factory Shell
2 Tablespoons Sriracha~http://foodfitnessbypaige.blogspot.com/2014/08/sriracha-hummus.html
4-6 oz Grilled Mahi Mahi
1/4 Red Bell Peppers, sliced
1/3 Avocado, sliced
2-3 stems Cilantro leaves
Grapes, for garnish

     Either heat Tortilla in microwave or crisp in Pam coated skillet on each side.  Spread Hummus down the middle of the Tortilla, top with the Mahi Mahi, then add Peppers, Avocado, and Cilantro.  Wrap up and enjoy with grapes on the side, it's the perfect finale !!!  ;)
