Grapery Witch Finger Grapes

Sooooo, who has heard of Witch Finger Grapes!!!???  They are AWESOME !!! ... BUT, ... only available for a short time mid-summer !!!  Witch Fingers were created by a process of hybridization using hand pollination.  Using these techniques, producers came up with a great tasting grape with a very interesting look, and are tightly clustered together on bright green stems!  They were grown to be table grapes or enjoyed fresh out of the hand.  They make a nice addition to fruit salads, offering something different than the average red or purple grape.  They pair well with mild cheeses and nuts, and make a great snack any time of day!  Witch Finger Grapes are grown exclusively for commercial distribution at a vineyard near Bakersfield, California, and are the only company currently growing them.  I found mine in Wichita, Kansas at The Fresh Market, but if you are out of the area people have spotted the Witch Finger Grapes using the Specialty Produce app for iPhone and Android.  Below I have add a nutritional chart for your convenience.  Even tho these are super sweet, I got a hot tip that the Cotton Candy Grapes will be coming out next ... ooohhhh la la, stay tuned!!! In good health~paige  ;)
