Mahi Mahi Slim Sandwich with Chips











     As if a good fish sandwich isn't enough !!!  Now I can have the wonderful savory bite of crispness with each bite of sandwich !!!  #WINNING  Not to mention 3 different flavors to choose from depending on my mood ... and it changes often ...  ;)  Thank you Quest for coming out with crunchy circles of flavor to enjoy as a side or healthy snack !!!  And, I have come up with a sandwich that is to die for and so so simple !!!  All for 215 calories, 16g carbs and 19g protein!!!  Add a bag of Quest Chips for only 120 calories, 5g carbs and 20g protein!!!  The perfect lunch  ;)

Ingredients~
3oz Mahi Mahi, grilled or baked
1 Tablespoon Vegenaise
1 Green Onion, chopped
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
Dash Lemon Juice
Lettuce Leaf
90 calorie Slim Bun
Quest Chips

     Mix Vegenaise, diced Green Onion, Salt, Pepper, and Lemon Juice and spread on Slim Bun.  Top with Fish and Lettuce, and cut in two halves.  Serve with chips and grapes and have a wonderful meal!  You will particularly love these flavor combinations, promise!!!  Enjoy  ;)
