Cinnamon Roll Sweet Potato







     Have you tried the new Spectrum Orchard Fruit Blend Ground Flaxseed with Apples, Peaches, and Cinnamon!?  If you haven't you don't know what you're missing!  I have whipped this into a Cinnamon Roll topping for Sweet Potato disc's and enjoyed this hearty side dish all for 175 calories, 21.4g net carbs and 3.5g protein.  BUT, when you add a cup of steamed Broccoli and 4oz baked Catfish, your macro's change to a beautifully balanced 355 calories, 23.4g net carbs and 23.5g protein!  It's all about balance my friends!  :)

Ingredients for a Super Duper Dinner~
4oz Sweet Potato, baked
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Roll Sweet Spreads, melted
1 Tablespoon Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1 Tablespoon Spectrum Orchard Fruit Blend Ground Flaxseed with Apples, Peaches, and Cinnamon
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Sprinkle of Swerve Granular Erythritol
1 cup steamed Broccoli
4oz baked seasoned Catfish


     Stir together melted Sweet Spreads, Syrup and Flaxseed and top equally on Sweet Potato discs. Garnish with sprinkle of Cinnamon and Erythritol.  Balance out meal with steamed Broccoli and baked Catfish.  Enjoy  :)
