Double Chocolate Chunks with Cream Cheese








     If you happen to be looking for a dessert and can't decide what will cure that aching sweet tooth, I am here to help you out.  Satisfying soft smiles will abound when you discover all this can be yours for only 275 calories, 7.7g net carbs and 24.7g protein.  Or if you are feeling generous, divide into 6 triangles and share with friends...fyi, the names of my friends are me, myself and I ... Double Chocolate Chunks with Cream Cheese will do that to ya!  ;)

Ingredients for 1 or 6 servings,... you decide~
1 Quest Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Bar, sub with favorite flavor
2 Tablespoons/1oz  Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
1 teaspoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Blue Diamond 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1 teaspoons chopped Walnuts

     Microwave unwrapped Protein Bar for 15 seconds and pat into circle on Silpat lined cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 3 minutes.  Meanwhile, stir together Cream Cheese and Confectioners til smooth and spread on cooled Chocolate.  Melt Chocolate Chips and Almond Milk in bowl in microwave for 20 seconds, stir together til well blended, add to baggie, snip the corner and drizzle over Cream Cheese mixture.  Sprinkle with Walnuts and serve whole or in cut triangles.  Enjoy  ;)
