Overnight Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oats








     I know I know, it takes a long time for this recipe to be ready for consumption...but trust me, it's worth the wait!  Overnight Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oats just takes a little planning, and you can wake up to the perfect breakfast... and if you sleep in then consider it an awesome healthy snack!  AND, if you have company this recipe makes enough for two servings, so you can be a pig and eat it all or you can use your manners and share...#yourcall   Each bowl is only 302 decadent calories, 30g net carbs and 19g protein.  If you hurry, you can still get this whipped up before the sun goes down!

Ingredients for two servings~
1 cup Oats (not instant)
1/4 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree'
1 scoop Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
Dash Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon
2 cups 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon chopped Pecans
20 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
Reddi-Wip as garnish if desired, not included in Macros

     Add ingredients to quart size Mason Jar in order from Oats to Almond Milk, stir and add lid and set in fridge over night.  When ready to serve, divide evenly between two bowls, add half Pecans and Chocolate Chips to each bowl, garnish with Reddi-Wip if desired.  Enjoy :)
