Grilled Maple Sugar Salmon

     I've said it before and I'll say it again... I'm so darn lucky to be married to a Master Griller !!!  The Hubs can really turn out unbelievable meats on the grill, and his Salmon is everyone's favorite!  These are simple ingredients that are easy to pull together.  I'm not familiar with grilling techniques ( and I intend on keeping it that way), so I really depend on him when it comes to outside cooking.  Follow his instructions and you will have a wonderful meal to enjoy with your family as well.  ;)

Salmon Filets
Maple Sugar
Organic Soy Sauce

     Combine equal parts Sugar and Soy Sauce, and stir til dissolved.  Oil Salmon skins so wont stick to grill.  Put Salmon skin side down over hot coals that have turned a grey-white and been spread out after hot.  Brush with Marinade, close lid and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and peel skins off Salmon, brush with Marinade, close lid again and cook another 3-4 minutes. Then flip one more time, brush with Marinade, close lid for a few more minutes, then remove from Grill and brush one last time.  Enjoy ;)

I was reading stories online regarding a family that adopted a pair of dogs, one was blind and the other was his buddy who used to guide him through the ways. The reason why the family adopted both of them was because of the bond these two dogs had with each other.

  3. You fill your growing container with soil and moisten lightly. I have used old fish totes. (I used to work in a gourmet market with a fish department I managed, so theses were a dime a dozen and have many uses). Sprinkle your soaked seeds evenly across the moist soil.
