Sprinkled Cupcake Pancakes

     I envision a world filled with rainbows and baskets of puppies with every bite of my Sprinkled Cupcake Pancakes, who wouldn't...(especially when my sprinkles match my rainbow)!?  And what a way to start or end your day!  #lovefest  This AMAZING stack o' cakes is only 247 calories, 9.2g net carbs and 39.5g protein.  If this is wrong, I don't want to be right!  Time to get your cake on  ;)

Ingredients for a full stack of Cakes~
1 scoop ABS Vanilla Cake Batter Protein Pancake Powder
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1/3 cup 30 cal/cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze
1/2 teaspoon Sprinkles
10 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Halo Top Vanilla Ice Cream

     Mix together ABS Protein Pancake Powder, Egg Whites, and Almond Breeze til thoroughly blended, drop by scant 1/4 cup on heated Pam sprayed skillet, should yield 4 pancakes.  Stack and sprinkle with Sprinkles and Chocolate Chips, finish off with scoop Halo Top Ice Cream.  Enjoy  :)
