Salted Caramel Turtle Protein Bars








     Salted Caramel anything is my best friend.  So, can you imagine my sheer joy when I invented Salted Caramel Turtle Protein Bar... of course you can ...cause now you will feel my elation when you make them too!  This recipe makes 8 decadent Bars, each one is only 173 calories, 5.6g net carbs and 15.6g protein.  Time to get your Salted Caramel on!  :)

Ingredients for 8 Protein Bars~
Base Layer:
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Brownie Sweet Spreads, melted
2 Tablespoons Cacao or Cocoa Powder
1 cup 25 cal/cup Silk Cashew Milk
1/4 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
1/2 cup Nutiva Coconut Flour
2 scoops Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

Middle Layer:
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Cupcake Sweet Spreads, melted
1/2 cup 25 cal/cup Silk Cashew Milk
1/4 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
2 Tablespoons Nutiva Coconut Flour
2 scoops Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

Top Layer:
1/4 cup Nutiva Coconut Flour
3/4 cup Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1/4 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

Garnishings:
48 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips (6 Chips per Bar)
1 Tablespoon Chopped Almonds

     Mix each layer til well blended and chill in fridge til set, remove and divide batter into 8 equal parts (bottom layer should be approx 1.5oz, middle layer should be approx 1oz and top layer should be approx 1 rounded Tablespoon).  Pat bottom into bar shape and line on Pam sprayed tray (may need to apply Pam to hands due to sticky batter), repeat process with middle layer and top on bottom layer, finish by topping with Caramel topping.  Put 6 Lily's Chocolate Chips on each bar and sprinkle evenly with Pecan Chips.  Store in fridge til set and Enjoy  :)
