Ginger Chocolate Cookies








     If you like your Chocolate spicy, this will be right up your alley!  I love that bite of heat that follows the sweet.  #YumYum  What's even hotter is that this entire batch of 10 cookies are only 337 calories, 15g net carbs and 39g protein.  Ginger Chocolate Cookies are smokin' in all categories!  Light a fire in the kitchen, and make some today!  :)

Ingredients for one batch Cookies~
1 Large Egg
1 scoop Cellucor Molten Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4 cup 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
2 Tablespoons Nutiva Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
1 Square (.5oz) Lily's Premium Baking Bar, shaved into thin slices (sub with 1 Tablespoon Chips)

     Mix all ingredients til well combined, drop by Tablespoons onto Silpat lined Cookie Sheet, should yield 10 cookies.  Bake at 350 for 9 minutes.  Garnish with Ginger if desired.  Enjoy  :)
