Jewel Cream Cheese Frosted Chocolate Chip Yams
Will ya check out these JEWELS!!! ... The title pretty much says it all !!! Jewel Cream Cheese Frosted Chocolate Chip Yams... just let that soak in for a minute!!! Heaven on a orange cloud!!! Have you tried Jewel Yams!!!??? Did you know Yams are sweeter than Sweet Potato's!!!??? Did you know they are best harvested from September to March!!!??? Did you know that while they are high in sugar, the Jewel Yam is a low glycemic index vegetable, with zero grams of fat!!!??? Did you know that it is particularly delicious topped with Cream Cheese Frosting and Chocolate Chips!!!??? We saved the best fact for last!!! Ingredients~
4oz Baked and Skinned Jewel Yam, sliced into 3 disc's
2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Frosting ( recipe below)
30 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips, found at Vitacost.com
After slicing Yam into 3 equal sections, top with Frosting and 10 Chocolate Chips per disc. Chill and Enjoy :)

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Protein Frosting ( makes 2 cups)~
1/2 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk, found at Vitacost.com
4oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, brought to room temperature
1/4 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Quest Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour, found at Vitacost.com
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding
1/3 cup Erythritol, found at Vitacost.com
10 drops French Vanilla Stevia, found at Vitacost.com
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Mix first three ingredients in Magic Bullet til liquefied , then add in remaining ingredients and continue to blend til mixed thru. Chill in fridge to thicken, store leftovers in fridge. Makes 2 cups, each Tablespoon is 11.5 calories,.8g net carbs and 1.5g protein.
