Cream Cheese Apple Cinnamon Bars



     How lucky am I to have creative friends who re-create my recipes!!!  Wendy turned my Sweet Potato Bars into Cream Cheese Apple Cinnamon Bars, the perfect Fall treat ... aka "Comfort Food"!!! This recipe makes 9 servings, each one has 98.5 calories, 6.8g net carbs, and 11.8g protein.  Put this on your must try list as soon as possible!!!  :)

Ingredients~
1 cup chopped Granny Smith Apples
1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce
1 Egg
3/4 cup Egg Whites
2 scoops Vanilla Milkshake Quest Protein Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Flour, found at Vitacost.com
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, found at Vitacost.com
1 teaspoon Vanilla, found at Vitacost.com
1 teaspoon Baking Powder, found at Vitacost.com
9 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Protein Frosting, recipe below

     Mix all ingredients, except Frosting, and pour into Pam sprayed 9X9 ban and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.  Remove and cool, top each of the 9 pieces with 1 Tablespoon Frosting,  Store in fridge.  Enjoy  ;)

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Protein Frosting ( makes 2 cups)~
1/2 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk, found at Vitacost.com
4oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, brought to room temperature
1/4 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Quest Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour, found at Vitacost.com 
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding
1/3 cup Erythritol, found at Vitacost.com
10 drops French Vanilla Stevia, found at Vitacost.com
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Mix first three ingredients in Magic Bullet til liquefied , then add in remaining ingredients and continue to blend til mixed thru.  Chill in fridge to thicken, store leftovers in fridge.  Makes 2 cups, each Tablespoon is 11.5 calories,.8g net carbs and 1.5g protein.
