St. Patrick's Day

You can only participate in St. Patrick's Day if you are Irish...said no one EVER!  But, you do have to wear green or you may get a pinch!  Every March 17th, St Patrick, one of Ireland's patron saints, who ministered Christianity in Ireland during the fifth century, is celebrated with abandon.  It's always fun to take part in the festivities, and I have come up with a few healthy (and one not so healthy) recipes to enjoy.  Maybe one little lucky leprechaun will find you charming, and point you to a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow...or the nearest ATM.

Dinner and Dessert~
