Chia Pineapple Yogurt



     I can’t imagine anything more healthy than my Chia Pineapple Yogurt.  Fresh Pineapple makes all the difference and definitely worth the effort.  This is nutritional powerhouse is only 264 calories, 32g carbs, 12g fiber, 20g net carbs, 13g protein, and 11.4g fat.  Perfect for breakfast, or a pre/post workout fueling!  Try it, you’ll like it!!!🍍🍍🍍

Ingredients for one serving~

1/4 cup 0% Fage Greek Yogurt

2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

1 cup chopped Pineapple

Strawberries for garnish if desired, not included in macros 

Coconut shreds for garnish if desired, not included in macros 

     Mix together Yogurt and Seeds, rest in fridge overnight, top with Pineapple in the morning.  Garnish with Berries and Coconut if desired, not included in macros. Enjoy 😉
