Peach Cobbler

     Will you take a lookie at what I had for breakfast !!!???  Not only was it not wrong, but it was right !!!  Each serving has 144.25 calories, 10.5g carbs, and 13.13g protein~estimated on this making 8 servings !!!  What a way to start your day !!!  I got my inspiration for this from one of the latest recipes that Quest put out, so grateful for all their creative minds, my belly thanks them!  ;)

2 Quest Vanilla Almond Protein Bars
1.5-2 pounds diced fresh Peaches
2 packets Truvia/Stevia
2 scoops Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1/2 cup Oatmeal ( gluten free if necessary)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Peach Dannon Greek Light&Fit yogurt for topping, if desired
Fresh Blueberries for topping, if desired

     Unwrap and bake Quest Bar at 400 for 6 minutes, cool.  Meanwhile, stir together Peaches, Protein Powder, 1 packet Truvia, Dash Cinnamon, Dash Vanilla and pour into Pam sprayed baking dish. Then, blend to crumbs the baked Quest Bars in Magic Bullet and mix with Oats, melted Coconut Oil, the other packet of Truvia, dash Cinnamon, dash Vanilla and sprinkle on top of Peaches.  Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, watching to make sure topping doesn't over brown.  Remove, and top with Yogurt and Berries, if desired.  Enjoy  :)
