Healthy Bean Burrito








     Move over Mama Lupe, there is a new Tortilla in town !!!  I have just had all my dreams come true !!!  I totally stumbled on a great product that is low in calorie and carbs, and great on protein. And, did I mention the soft chewy texture like regular flour !!!  I truly could not tell the difference.  I found these at Fresh Market, each shell has 70 calories, 6g net carbs and 5g protein.  And the "whole enchilada", ... err, Burrito has 153 calories, 15g carbs and 10.5g protein. This recipe was created in honor of my daughter Courtney, who used to eat these all the time as a kid growing up, ... only the full fat version ... with lots more cheese!!! :0  This is definitely a MUST TRY !!!  ;)

Ingredients~
1 LaTortilla Factory Low Carb Flour Tortilla
1/3 cup Fat Free Refried Beans, heated in Microwave
1 Tablespoon Salsa
1 Tablespoon shredded Cheese
Dash dried Onion bits, OR diced Green Onion

     Spray skillet with Pam and add Tortilla, making sure to get Pam on each side.  Fry each side until golden brown.  Remove and add warmed Beans, top with Salsa, Cheese and Onion.  Roll up Burrito style and Enjoy !!!  ;)
