This is a perfect salad to throw together in 5 minutes for around 200 calories and 14/15 gms of protein! Use your pre made salad from the frig of Romaine, baby spinach leaves, cilantro, carrots and green onion and put on a plate. Top with Chicken of the Sea Salmon, 4 Wheat Thins crushed up, and ONE tablespoon Brianna's Blue Cheese dressing!!! So much flavor you will enjoy every bite ;)
