High Protein Sausage, Eggs and Syrup in a Mug

     Mug mania in the morning!!!  Great idea, don't cha think!?  What could be easier than your entire morning meal in one mug!? Its simply genius!!! This is a fast and nutritious, not to mention portable!!! Give this a whirlie when you're rushing out the door  ;)

1/2 cup egg whites
1 soy meatless breakfast pattie
1 Tablespoon Lite Syrup or packet of stevia
1 slice Fat Free American Cheese
Dash Pepper
Dash Cayenne powder, optional
Spray Butter

     Cook breakfast pattie according to directions and crumble when cooled, set aside.  Meanwhile, microwave egg whites and peppers in Pam sprayed mug for 1 1/2-2 minutes, or until set.  Stir in breakfast pattie, syrup and cheese. Top with a couple squirts of spray butter. All this for 230 calories, 10.5 gms carbs, and 30 gms protein. Enjoy  ;)
