Banana Creme Pie

     Its such fun when I can pull together all the flavors I love and still make them healthy!!!  Banana Creme pie is no exception !!!  With a few Quest Bars, a Banana, and some Banana Creme Yogurt we are in tip top shape for a pie to be born!!!  The best part is that for an 1/8 of this 9" Spring Form pan it is only 180.25 calories, 9.5g carbs, and 24g protein.  This is a pie I can live with, ... and eat often!!! :)

4 Banana Nut Muffin Quest Bar
Butter Pam
9" Springform Pan with the Bottom removed
1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
4-5.3oz Dannon Greek Banana Creme Pie Yogurt
1 1/2 cup liquid Egg Whites
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Paige's Handcrafted Vanilla
4oz Banana, sliced

     Spray Bottom round of Springform pan with Butter Pam.  Microwave 1 Quest Bar for 15 seconds and pat softened bar onto half of Bottom Round. Repeat with another Bar on remaining half to fill Bottom Round.  Snap back into Springform pan.  Mix Yogurt, Egg Whites, Protein Powder, Cinnamon and Vanilla, and pour half the batter into the pan.  Meanwhile, dice the remaining two Bars into very small pieces.  Gently sprinkle half the pieces on top of batter, then lay banana slices on top. Gently spoon remaining batter on top so as not to disrupt the stability of the banana slices and lay the last pieces of bar on top of batter. Bake in 325 oven for 45-55 minutes or until only slightly wobbly.  Remove and cool, remove ring and chill overnight ( if you can wait that long)!  Enjoy  ;)
