Oreo Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Brownie

My sister, Gia, challenged me to come up with a healthy version of an Oreo Peanut Butter Brownie!  So, I had no choice but to accept the challenge and I think  knocked this one outta the park !!!  This seriously tastes like you paid four bucks at the Mall Food Court for this scrump-dillie-ious baby !!! And, are you ready for the nutritional stats ... wwwwaaaaiiittttit for it, wwwwaaaaiiiiitttttt for it ....185 calories, 8g carbs, and 18g protein for this dense thick chocolatey gooey heavy piece of heaven!!!  But don't take my word, find out for yourself !!!  Forget the Mall, stay home and bake !!!  ;)

Ingredients~
1 Brownie Quest Bar
1 Cookies and Cream Quest Bar
1 Peanut Butter Supreme Quest Bar
4 Tablespoons PB2
2 Tablespoons 30 calories/cup Almond Milk
2 1/2 Tablespoons Grain Sweetened Organic Carob Chips

Mix PB2 and Almond Milk together, set aside.  Spray 4 Silicone lined Muffin Tins with Butter Pam.  Divide Brownie Quest Bar into 4 pieces, microwave for 15 seconds and pat each piece into muffin tin and line the inside of the muffin tin and up the sides as far as possible.  Next, divide Cookies and Cream into 4 pieces and microwave for 15 seconds and pat each piece into bottom of each muffin tin.  Next, divide peanut butter mixture into 4 and put a 1/4 of mixture in each muffin tin.  Top each with a Half Tablespoon Carob Chips. Finish by dividing Peanut Butter Supreme Bar into 4 pieces and microwave for 15 seconds, and pat onto top of each muffin tin. Divide the last Half Tablespoon Carob Chips into 4 equal portions, and garnish each muffin with the chips and lightly press down into top layer.  Bake at 400 for 6 minutes.  Remove and slightly cool, and enjoy while warm and chewy!  You will die over this deliciousness !!! Enjoy  ;)
