Blue Cheese Salmon with Pear and Bacon Salad




     What a great combo of Bacon, Blue Cheese, Pears and Salmon!!!  Its a good day when you put all these in your mouth at the same time !!!  The calories are hard to pin down, but the known for the Salmon, Pear, Bacon and Dressing is 245 calories, 9g carbs, and 22.5g protein, plus whatever salad greens you add.  So probably around 300 calories for a healthy hearty lunch or dinner!  ;)

Ingredients~
3oz cooked/grilled Salmon
2oz sliced Pear
1 slice Turkey Bacon cooked and crumbled
1 Tablespoon Brianna's Blue Cheese Dressing ( Best Dressing I have ever eaten !!!)
Plate of Mixed Greens, such as~ Kale, Romaine, Spinach, Green Onions, Carrots, and Cilantro.

     Top Salad Greens with Salmon, Pear, Salad Dressing and Bacon Crumbles.  Enjoy  ;)
