There are always healthy options for dessert after a big meal! No need to go overboard after a heavy meal, I have found mixed fruit with a dark chocolate sauce to be very satisfying! For those in the crowd that need a little more, you can always offer a rich Gourmet Vanilla Bean Ice Cream to pair with the fruit/chocolate combo and everyone will leave smiling ;)
You can mix any kind of fruit you desire, I always like adding as many berries as possible, pineapple, grapes and banana ( make sure to add the banana at the last minute or it will turn brown, all the other fruit can be done the night before to save on time). Its a healthy combination of Coconut Oil, Unsweetened European Dutch Cocoa, Almond Milk, Cinnamon and Vanilla.
